How To Go About

After you have added items to your Shopping Cart, just follow the simple checkout steps and we will get your order procesed right away.

We process your order within 3 working days from the date purchased and you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped.

This notification contains carrier and tracking information for you to refer.

You can also access 'My Account' to check on the status of purchase or shipment or contact us if you have specific question.

 Both credit and debit cards with VISA / MasterCard brand logo are accepted.


Internet Banking 



You can also pay through iPay88. If the total amount are fixed, you can pay through this purchase transaction. If the total amount is not fixed yet, you just place your order first and the merchant will update and after that you can make payment through purchase history.


Delivery Charges / Shipping Policy


Free delivery for purchase above RM200.00 within Klang Valley

Peninsular Malaysia RM8.00 for the first 3kg 5 – 7 working days
RM1.50 for the next kg onwards
Free delivery for purchase above RM200.00
within Klang Valley only!
Sabah & Sarawak RM12.00 for the first 1kg 7 – 10 working days
RM10.00 for the next kg onwards


We are currently shipping within Peninsular Malaysia only.

Under normal circumstances, you will receive your order within 5 working days. (from date of payment)

For online bank transfer, please allow additional 3 working days. (from date of payment)

The tracking number and courier engage will be included in the shipping confirmation email and you can track the shipment status via site provided by respective courier services. 

Sometimes the tracking number is not working due to item has just been shipped, Try to check within 24 hours and the information should then be available.

If you still haven't receive your order after 5 working days from the date you confirm order and made payment, the first thing you do is check your order status then check the shipping address. Contact us if your order status is not shipped. If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they are holding your order and contact us if they are unable to find it.


Return Policy


14 Days Return / Exchange Policy

Our Return Policy is simple...

If you are not happy with the item you bought, we'll take it back as long as it is within 14 days from delivery date with proof of purchase (order no, delivery note, bank statement)

If you opened and damaged the packaging, we'll still take it back but we'll charge a 15% restocking fee.

If the item brand new and the packaging unopened, we'll give you a full redemption on the purchase value for other items that you like.

If the fault is on us (mixed up, faulty on arrival), we'll of course exchange the item for you for a brand new one.

The only time we don't accept a return is if it is used or damaged by you or if the package is incomplete.

If all meets requirements and you wish to proceed, please fill in the Return Form and email it to us at livingavenue.com.my within 14 days from delivery date.

Once we receive your request for return / exchange, we shall contact you within 3 days for further instructions.

Please let us know the item you to exchange with.

If all is valid, we will process, exchange and deliver item to you base on what you have indicated in the Return Form and we will reimburse the courier charges

If its not valid, we will notify you and send back the item to you however we will not reimburse your courier charges.

Delay may incurred if lack of replacement inventory is encountered.

Please inform / email us at livingavenue.com.my first before you ship any item back to us so we can provide you with complete return instructions.
